The Human Resources Assistant will support the recruitment process, manage HRIS and payroll systems, and oversee benefits and compensation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and experience in the INGO sector or equivalent combination. The candidate should have experience in handling bulk recruitments, using HR systems, and collaborating with different departments. Fluency in Portuguese, English, and any local language is required.
