A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITHIN Human Resources Assistant. Supporting in creating an outstanding candidate experience, secure demanding hiring needs, build our brand & improve our tools and processes.
Requirements
- Ensuring the activities inherent in the Admission/Dismissal process (drawing up contracts, registration/termination with sociaL security, closing accounts);
- Tasks related to the relocation of New hires;
- Ensuring that salary processing is carried out;
- Monitoring and developing training anddevelopment strategies;
- Scheduling and managing occupational health consultations;
- Collaborating in the preparation and analysis of Human Resources indicators;
- Keeping personnel records up to date;
- Clarifying doubts on the subject of salary processing.
