We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale our marketing analytics and automation foundation. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, or Automation, and strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards across campaigns, channels, and funnel stages.
- Build and manage SQL-based reports and datasets from HubSpot, GA4, and CRM data.
- Lead marketing automation initiatives: design, implement, and optimize workflows in HubSpot and Make.com (email nurturing, lead scoring, CRM triggers).
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (lead gen, conversion, attribution, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with the Data team to ensure clean, validated datasets and governance.
- Ensure GDPR compliance, consent tracking, and reliable automation.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive improvements for scalability and accuracy.
- Support international scaling of data models and automations for new regions.
