Job Description
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position assists the General Manager with managing and controlling the day-to-day operations of the gym. This role involves supervising staff, managing finances, and ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the gym are of the highest quality.
Requirements
- Actively promote the company's philosophy and mission statement
- Assist with member services and track EFT Rates, Close Rates, Tour Rates, and other metrics
- Supervise staff, schedule employees, and calculate employee hours worked
