Job Description
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) position is responsible for assisting the General Manager with managing the day-to-day operations of the gym, including financial aspects, member services, and staff supervision.
Requirements
- Actively promote the philosophy, mission statement, and vision of the company
- Assist the GM in overseeing the entire operation of the gym
- Ensure the gym opens and closes promptly
- Ensure the club’s cleanliness and appearance are of the highest quality
