We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading peers, supporting daily operations, and providing an exceptional member experience. You will have a positive and upbeat attitude, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and be willing to become CPR/AED certified.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment
- Proven background leading others
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency
