Job Description
Join Planet Fitness as a Shift Leader and lead your peers while supporting daily operations. You will maintain our Judgement Free Zone and provide an exceptional member experience through consistent communication and interaction. Responsibilities include guiding peers, resolving member concerns, and performing membership-related functions.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Proven background leading others
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
