We are seeking a Multifamily and Commercial Construction Estimator with experience in ground-up projects to join our client's team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-scale multifamily developments.

Requirements

• 3 years of estimating experience in ground-up multifamily construction
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry pricing
• Proficiency in estimating software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
