Job Description
We are seeking a Multifamily and Commercial Construction Estimator with experience in ground-up projects to join our client's team.
Requirements
- 3 years of estimating experience in ground-up multifamily construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry pricing
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
