Job Description
We are seeking a Multifamily and Commercial Construction Estimator with experience in ground-up projects to join our client's team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost structures, with a proven track record in estimating ground-up multifamily projects.
Requirements
- 3 years of estimating experience in ground-up multifamily construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and industry pricing
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
