Workplace Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Workplace Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that is critical to our daily operations. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be one of the first faces of the company, sharing front desk responsibilities to ensure a welcoming, secure, and professional environment for all employees and visitors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., reception, office admin, hospitality, or high-end retail)
• Handyperson skills (comfortable and proficient with basic hand tools)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
