Job Description
Planful is seeking a Manager, IT Operations to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, networks, and security/compliance operations to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Managerial experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration and Operations
- Hands-on experience on Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise infrastructure management
- Hands on experience on virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V) and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Experience of internal and external IT audit process and compliance requirements with applicable standards
- Hands on experience on IT security practices including endpoint protection, access management, and vulnerability mitigation
- Experience supporting product management and development teams, is a must
