Planful is seeking a VP, Sales Development to lead their global SDR organization and own pipeline creation across three distinct go-to-market motions.
Requirements
- 7+ years in sales development, including at least 3 years managing through a manager layer
- Experience running multiple simultaneous SDR motions; inside, field, and international preferred
- A track record of improving pipeline quality, not just volume
- Strong collaboration with Marketing on account-based strategy
- Ability to develop manager-layer talent
- B2B SaaS background required; finance / CFO-adjacent domain experience a plus
