Job Description
Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts is seeking a Technical Supervisor to provide technical oversight and support daily operations of its CLIA-certified clinical laboratory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science + 3 years microbiology experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, or biological science + 4 years microbiology experience, or
- Master’s degree in chemical, physical, or biological science + 3 years microbiology experience, or
- Doctoral degree in physical, chemical, or biological science + 2 years microbiology experience
- Strong knowledge of CLIA (42 CFR 493)
- Familiarity with Massachusetts Clinical Laboratory regulations
- Experience with method validation, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, documentation, and communication skills
