Health Center Supervisor - Huntington Park, CA

Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is seeking a Health Center Supervisor to join their team at their Huntington Park Health Center. The supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and provide quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be passionate about reproductive health care, and be able to lead a team to serve the Los Angeles community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a health, medical, or social service setting
• Primary/managed care experience
• Ability to delegate to and empower staff effectively
• Ability to work flexible hours, including extended hours and Saturdays as needed
• Ability and willingness to travel within Los Angeles County
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws, federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and legislation affecting employment
