Health Center Supervisor - Van Nuys, CA

Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Health Center Supervisor to lead their Van Nuys Health Center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for the Planned Parenthood mission. They will oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, manage staff, and ensure compliance with regulations. The supervisor will also be responsible for implementing new services, policies, and protocols, and working closely with other teams to achieve goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of one-two (1-2) years' experience in a health, medical or social service setting
• Primary/managed care experience required
• Reproductive health care experience strongly preferred
