Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team at Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to drive financial and operational insights to inform business strategy and decision-making.

• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and financial concepts, including revenue cycle, payer mix, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights for executive-level decision-making.
• Effective communication skills and experience translating technical data into accessible business narratives.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with data integration or ETL processes between Epic and external tools.
• Associate’s degree in information technology, Business Management, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics within a healthcare organization or health tech environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with Epic (Clarity, Caboodle, or similar reporting tools).
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and one or more BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet dashboards).
• Holds both a Caboodle and Clarity Data Modeling certifications required.
