Job Description
Planned Parenthood South Texas is seeking a Clinician (NP/PA/CNM) to provide primary reproductive health care and primary care to patients of all ages. The Clinician will work within the context of affiliate medical protocols and provide services such as telehealth, physical examinations, and diagnostic studies.
Requirements
- Secures a complete health history and records findings accurately
- Performs physical examinations and specialized procedures as indicated
- Provides telehealth services and interprets diagnostic studies
- Collaborates with the health team and other community agencies
- Documents patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Participates in clinic and affiliate efforts to achieve established goals
