We are a Biology Company seeking an entrepreneurial business developer who thrives on turning strategy into revenue. You'll own the full lifecycle: identifying market opportunities, crafting go-to-market strategies, and executing with precision to close deals and build partnerships.
Requirements
- 7+ years in business development, sales, strategy consulting, or related roles with demonstrated revenue impact
- Proven track record: Closed at least $10M in commercial agreements
- Market entry experience: Successfully launched at least 2 products into new markets
- Pipeline development: Built and managed sales pipeline exceeding $50M
- Exceptional analytical skills—you're equally comfortable with market research, financial modeling, and competitive analysis
- Highly organized with obsessive attention to detail and follow-through
- Outstanding communication skills—you can pitch to executives, negotiate with procurement teams, and inspire internal stakeholders
- Ability to operate as a peer-level strategic partner to senior leadership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and ability to build structure from scratch
- Experience in food & beverage, CPG, ingredients, or B2B sales strongly preferred
