Job Description
Plasmidsaurus is hiring a Partnerships Associate to help execute and scale our growing partnership ecosystem. The Partnerships Associate will work cross-functionally with various teams to launch, activate, and deliver real impact from partnerships.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, customer success, sales operations, business development, or life sciences roles
- Experience supporting 0 → 1, or scaling programs as an individual contributor
- Familiarity with sequencing technologies, plasmid workflows, or molecular biology concepts is a plus
- Experience working with academic institutions, incubators, or scientific communities
- CRM hygiene and reporting (HubSpot preferred)
- Basic pipeline, KPI, and revenue-influence tracking
- Partner enablement and cross-functional coordination
- Event, conference, and sponsorship execution
