The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven track record of successful implementations, and experience developing best-in-class processes and systems. They will be comfortable working in a highly collaborative project/team environment and supporting clients as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the Information Technology field.
- Deep understanding of every phase of Software Development Life Cycle as well as Project Lifecycles, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work for self and a small team in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude, takes initiative, and achieves results.
- Experienced team player with experience leading and collaborating cross functional organizations to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and driven to produce a quality product.
