The Process Manager will oversee the financial and qualitative compliance of personnel in the Process area, ensuring safety and customer protection, while also applying best practices and company rules for the preservation and maintenance of BMMs and peripherals in the blow molding area.
Requirements
- Manage and coordinate processes and maintenance
- Develop and maintain a safe environment and a capable workforce
- Comply with applicable IATF 16949 and safety/quality guidelines
- Be aware of the impact on product quality and the importance of activities in achieving, maintaining, and improving quality, including customer requirements.
- Know the implications of the position regarding customer-specific requirements.
- Participate in the plant’s energy-saving processes, meeting objectives and procedures to reduce electrical consumption.
- Understand the financial impacts resulting from blow molding area performance. Establish and execute corrective and improvement plans to meet objectives.
- Be aware of problems in other departments and support them with teamwork and a shared-purpose mindset.
