Job Description
Silver-Line Plastics is seeking a Process Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production processes. The role involves maximizing productivity, monitoring performance, and implementing process improvements to meet plant goals. The successful candidate will analyze and evaluate current procedures, recommend and apply corrective actions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Champion a strong safety culture
- Lead and continuously improve the 5S program
- Ensure facilities, equipment, and tooling are maintained
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analyze operating data and cycle times
- Attend daily operations meetings
- Prepare and present operating reports
- Monitor and manage capital budget expenditures
- Support employee development
- Assist in hiring and onboarding of new employees
- Investigate customer complaints
- Research materials and develop test procedures
- Champion MES initiatives
- Ensure accurate time and attendance records
