Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will support people operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, delivering high-quality results and providing exceptional service to associates. You will coordinate engagement and retention activities, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
- 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a production manufacturing environment
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree or Professional HR Certification is preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule to support business needs
- Service oriented, process driven and team focused leadership style
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
