Job Description
Platform Science is hiring a Global Total Rewards Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of its global rewards programs. The role involves managing compensation integrity, data stewardship, M&A support, compliance oversight, and vendor system optimization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Global Total Rewards experience
- Previous experience working in a startup environment
- Financial Fluency: Past experience in Accounting or Finance
- System Expert: Power-user status in ADP, AON Radford, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Communication: Ability to explain complex benefit or pay structures to employees and managers
- Certification: CCP or CBP (or progress toward them) is highly desired
