The Manager, Global Total Rewards leads the design, implementation, and ongoing management of global compensation, benefits, and recognition programs at Percepta. The role oversees daily compensation operations, drives strategic total rewards initiatives, and partners with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, market trends, including global/multi-country programs
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), or similar certification
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail skills, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
