Human Resources Associate

The HR Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR-related services and employee inquiries, ensuring timely and professional support.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of experience in human resources, administration, recruiting, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employees
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic employment laws and HR best practices preferred
