Human Resources Associate will provide support for HR functions including talent acquisition, payroll, timecard enforcement, and personnel files maintenance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Bachelors Degree preferred)
- Minimum of one year Human Resources administration or similar administrative experience.
- Experience in retail preferred
- Strong PC knowledge which include MS Excel, Word
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices, employment law, recruitment and employment practices, Equal Employment Opportunity regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends
- Travel may be required (10-25%)
