Job Description
We're looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and people-oriented individual with a passion for superfoods, healthy living, and fruit to work as an Assistant Manager at Playa Bowls, supporting daily operations and creating a vibrant, welcoming environment for team members and customers.
Requirements
- Check products to ensure consistency, palatability, and quality
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, and accommodations
- Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries
- Monitor food preparation methods and presentation
- Schedule staff hours and assign duties
- Maintain food and equipment inventories
- Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations
- Order and purchase product, equipment, and supplies
- Organize and direct worker training programs
- Assess Team Member's needs and recruit new hires
- Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Utilize POS system and operate cash register
- Fill out business or government forms and maintain records
- Adhere to company opening and closing procedures
- Fill in for General Manager in the event of an extended absence
