Playa Bowls is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure a vibrant, welcoming environment for team members and customers. The role involves training and mentoring new staff, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass the ServSafe certification within 3 months of employment
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
• Must be available to work weekends
