Job Description
Playa Bowls is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, ensure exceptional guest experience, and lead the team to success. The ideal candidate is a positive, driven, and enthusiastic leader with a passion for superfoods, healthy living, and fruit. They will be responsible for managing and mentoring a full team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, while upholding company policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
Requirements
- Must pass the required Playa Bowls Food Safety certification requirement within 3 months of employment.
- Meet business goals set out by the company in key metrics
- Must work a minimum of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays
