Playa Bowls is a fast-casual restaurant chain seeking a General Manager for its Chapel Hill, NC location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fruit, superfoods, and customer service, and be able to lead a team to provide a fantastic in-store experience.

• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
• Planning, assigning, and directing work
• Appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems
• Managing budgets and timesheets
• Scheduling staff hours and assigning duties
• Monitoring compliance with health and fire regulations
• Maintaining food and equipment inventories
• Organizing and directing worker training programs
• Recruiting staff using ADP Recruitment platform
• Ordering and purchasing equipment and supplies
• Utilizing point of sale cash register and counting money
