Job Description
Playa Bowls is looking for a General Manager to lead their Chicago location. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, administration and management knowledge, and experience with Google Suite, Canva, and scheduling software. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Must possess a Chicago Food & Sanitation Managers Certificate
- Meet business goals set out by the company in key metrics
- Must work a minimum of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with Google Suite, Canva, and scheduling software
