Playa Bowls is a fast-casual restaurant chain that offers a fun and dynamic work environment. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of a Playa Bowls location, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning and directing work, and evaluating performance.

Requirements

• Must pass the required PB Food Safety certification requirement within 3 months of employment.
• Meet business goals set out by the company in key metrics
• Must work a minimum of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays but expected to work as the business dictates
