As a Restaurant Manager, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of food service and preparation personnel, ensure food quality and presentation meet standards, and manage customer complaints.

- Maintain effective communication with staff, management, and customers.
- Manage customer complaints and problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Program staff and assist with assignments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and enforce necessary sanitation protocols.
- Implement appropriate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in staff meetings, menu planning, and equipment maintenance efforts as needed.
- Complete additional tasks or responsibilities assigned.
