Job Description
We're looking for a Business Operations Lead to join our team at Playground. In this role, you'll act as an internal consultant, owning and solving high-priority operational challenges across the company.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in investing, consulting, strategy, business operations, or a similar generalist role
- Analytical and comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards
- Great business judgment and can quickly understand new domains
- Scrappy, proactive, and unafraid to get into the weeds
