Junior Customer Technical Support Officer

Playtech is looking for a Junior Customer Technical Support Officer with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software, hardware, or network systems, document and track customer interactions and technical issues, and escalate complex issues to senior technical support or engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and networks
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic technical issues
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
• 1+ year of experience in a technical environment in the role of Customer Technical Support (not required but a plus)
