As a Product Support Specialist, you will become a domain expert for Trimble Connect, solving intricate technical challenges and guiding global users toward success. This role involves providing advanced technical support and guidance to global distribution partners and end users, leading high-level product meetings, and creating technical documentation and workflow notes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of field experience or higher education in a technical or relevant professional field of study
• Proven expertise in complex troubleshooting and the ability to identify and resolve software workflow defects
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Strong communication skills with a talent for explaining technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of expertise
