Renovation Draw Specialist

Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. is a privately owned, full-service national lender, offering Wholesale, Correspondent, Renovation and Reverse residential mortgages. This position is responsible for managing the release of draws for renovation projects, ensuring compliance with budgets, project scope, and coordinating with lenders, contractors, and inspectors.

Requirements

• Knowledge of renovation processes, loan products and basic accounting.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience with renovation or construction required.
• Minimum 1 year experience customer service experience required.
• Ability to handle 15-20 phone calls a day preferred.
• 6 months mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
