Sr. Underwriter
Recent Underwriting experience, knowledge of state and federal regulations, and experience with Loan Origination Systems required
Renovation Draw Specialist
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year experience in renovation or construction, and 1 year customer service experience
Correspondent Sales Assistant
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. At least 2 years of recent experience in mortgage banking; sales experience is a plus
Account Management Specialist
High school degree, customer service experience, and working knowledge of loan processing required
Account Executive
High school diploma or equivalent required, proven experience in loan origination, and excellent communication skills
Non-QM Underwriter
Recent manual underwriting experience, proficient with self-employed income calculations, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills
National Account Executive
1 year inside sales and mortgage wholesale experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong knowledge of wholesale loan origination
Closer
High school diploma or equivalent required; experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Document Preparation Software; proficiency with computer systems
