Sr. Underwriter
Recent Underwriting experience, knowledge of state and federal regulations, and experience with Loan Origination Systems required
Account Management Specialist
High school degree, customer service experience, and working knowledge of loan processing required
Servicing Oversight Auditor
High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in mortgage industry, mortgage servicing preferred
Account Executive
High school diploma or equivalent required, proven experience in loan origination, and excellent communication skills
Non-QM Underwriter
Recent manual underwriting experience, proficient with self-employed income calculations, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills
Client Service Representative
High school diploma or equivalent, experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and computer systems, excellent communication and organizational skills
Sr. Funder
High school diploma or GED equivalent, 2+ years of experience in mortgage banking, and proficiency in MS Office Suite
