Servicing Oversight Auditor

Plaza Home Mortgage is seeking a Servicing Oversight Auditor to monitor and evaluate activities of contracted sub-servicers to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements. This is a remote full-time position.

Requirements

• Conduct monthly loan level testing to verify sub-servicer adherence to investor and regulatory requirements
• Review and rate quality of call activity by listening to call recordings
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures
