Chef de Partie - Live in Lake District

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in Middlesbrough, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the standards set by the Head Chef are adhered to, and that the section they are working in is functioning efficiently. They will also be responsible for carrying out on-job coaching with Commis Chefs, adhering to portion control, and ensuring that all mis-en-place is prepared before going off shift.
