Chef de Partie - Live in Lake District

Job Description: To ensure that the standards set by the Head Chef are adhered to. The role involves ensuring the section is functioning efficiently, using food produce correctly, and carrying out on-job coaching with Commis Chefs. The successful candidate will also be required to adhere to policies and procedures, maintain punctuality and timekeeping, and be aware of cost control.
