Sales Development Representative (Supporting US East Coast Hours)

PlexTrac is seeking a Sales Development Representative to fuel growth and expand its global footprint. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, responsible for qualifying inbound leads, conducting targeted outbound prospecting, and helping build a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Malta-based, able to work standard US East Coast business hours (9–5 pm)
• 1+ years in outbound phone sales, SDR, or business development (SaaS and Cybersecurity experience preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Confident phone presence and ability to handle objections
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gong, Linkedin, etc) and sales engagement platforms
