Role Overview

The Manager - Purchasing is responsible for leading the Purchasing team, representing the organization in supplier and customer interactions, and driving operational improvement through best practices.

Mentor and manage the purchasing team, ensure purchasing adherence to company policy, lead performance improvement, and exemplify company core values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience in the related field
• Master’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Self-starter with ability to operate without constant direction
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Strong Google Workspace or MS Office skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
