Seeking a results-driven Vice President of Marketing to drive global brand strategy, execution, and performance outcomes. Requirements
- Bachelor’s in marketing required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years in brand marketing (beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries preferred), including team leadership and campaign execution.
- Demonstrated history of driving measurable campaign ROI, brand growth, and team KPIs.
- Strong design and storytelling instinct with the ability to lead high-performance creative teams.
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into tangible business results.
- Skilled in using marketing tech stacks, performance dashboards, and PM systems to manage delivery.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influence across global teams.
- Able to make informed decisions quickly, iterate on strategy, and pivot in fast-moving environments.
