Assistant Store Managers provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service, meets operating objectives and financial goals, and follows company policies. They assist the Store Manager in store operations and lead team members in their absence.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant
- Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative management experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- English fluency required, English/Spanish bilingual a plus
