Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Managers provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives and financial goals, and follow company policies and procedures. They assist the Store Manager in store operations and direct team members in their absence.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• English fluency is required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
