Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Managers provide leadership to ensure stores deliver outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives, and follow company policies. They assist Store Managers with day-to-day operations and are responsible for directing team members in their absence.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers and develop positive relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency required
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
