Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Managers provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service, meet operating objectives and financial goals, and follow company policies and procedures. They perform duties of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of management experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, retail, and restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers, develop positive relationships, and exceed company initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, high-energy, collaborative management experience, professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
